I placed an order for a X6 hoverboard, carrying case, and hover kart attachment. When the box arrived I found that only the hoverboard and case was inside.
I am missing the kart attachment that I paid an additional $97.99 for. I went to the website to see how I could get in touch with this company and it has been a total joke since. The hyper link on their website that says click here to start chat, does not work! There is no number for anyone to answer.
I tried the email that is on their website and I have not received a response and this is a few business days later. I am upset that I paid for an item that I did not receive and cannot get in touch with anyone from this company.
Also be alarmed that this website is falsely advertising. On the website it says items ship from their US warehouse but the box clearly said made in China. Dont think these products (if you receive them in the first place) are made in the US.
The website is extremely misleading in regards to customer service and where the items are coming from. They are claiming to be number one and product from US, both have been incorrect from my experience.

After 2 more emails and 2 more voicemails, the company finally repaired my device.So far, there have been no issues, but my daughter has only had it for 1 hour.NO manager ever replied or returned my phone calls, BUT one person answering emails was helpful after I gave them a deadline before I disputed the credit card purchase with CapOne.Thanks to that individual .. they should be promoted.
I purchased a G11 Hoverboard on 12/8/22 with the extended warranty and it was delivered on 12/23/22 for my 7-year-old daughters Christmas gift from Santa. She was super excited, unfortunately the board would not hold a charge, so they sent me a new battery in a very timely fashion .. I was really pleased at this point, but the battery was not the issue.
So, I shipped the hoverboard back and Hoverboard received it on 1/5/23 .. it is now 3/5/23 and I have no news on the board. I have emailed them 7+ times and left a voicemail on the phone number provided by my credit card company asking for a new replacement be shipped or a full refund, but those requests have been ignored. Instead, I get short, emailed responses of apologies and assurances that my concerns are being addressed and that my phone number was passed along to the support manager and repairs manager to discuss my options. I have yet to get a call back.
Everyday my daughter asks if I heard any news, she also wonders why Santa would send a broken gift .. she finally caught on that Santa didnt give it to her. Thanks, Hoverboard, for destroying the last few years of Christmas magic.
I did my research and talked to numerous friends and family about what brand of board to buy and they all recommended Hoverboard.com. A shame they could not live up to the recommendations or all the hype the publish on their website. There are so many contradicting statements, but below are my favorite quotes from their webpage

"..you can be certain youre getting the best value anywhere." - value???
"WE ARE DIFFERENT! Could we build them cheaper? Of course, but then youll have the same recurring issues & headaches. Instead our Hoverboards are built to the highest standard, so we can ensure a stress-free experience." - stress free my ***
"We are 100% committed to our customers and provide every Hoverboard with a free 90-Day warranty!" - I have asked numerous times for a refund.
I feel my last recourse is to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges and hopefully get a full refund, and all I wanted was a new replacement shipped and the warranty extended longer.
I am pasting this as a review on their website, as well.
Buyers beware, if you do order from Hoverboard.com, PRAY your hoverboard works great out of the box!

No one is responding to my emails or calls. Impossible to reach out to them. I just wasted $120.

Not only was the item not shipped I cant get anyone to tell me when it will be shipped. Took two weeks to find out product wasnt available when the website said available immediately.
We then picked a different product and cant get a confirmation it it is available and when will it ship. You have called several times and left a message but no response.

I ordered a hoverboard in white on May 20th the label is created but the shipper hasnt send the package to ups and I will like a refund on my debit card. Its Been almost a month that my package wasnt delivered u can call me 401-744-****

I ordered a hoverboard on dec 7 for my 19 year old granddaughters Christmas present. The only thing she had ask for.
When we received it it was double boxed so after taking it out the first shipping box I went a head and wrapped it and put it under the tree. She was so excited when she opened it Christmas Eve. That didnt last long. It would not charge and it rattled like it was broke on the inside.
How disappointing and it had obviously been broke before they shipped it. No way it broke double boxed in shipping. So I contacted them you can never talk to a real person all through email or text every time, and believe me I reached out many many many times. It cost me 32.00 dollars to ship it back to them.
They do not pay for return shipping even though it is their fault. I checked to see if they had received it and they did. Anytime I would reach out to see why we had not gotten a new board back it was one excuse after another. They were trying to fix the broken one, if they couldnt they would send a replacement board.
Finally got a tracking number from them and assumed it had shipped but oh no it had not. All the tracking number said for 3 weeks was a shipping label has been prepared. Contacted them again and same run around crap. Finally contacted my credit card company and opened a claim to get my 188.99 back from Hoverboard.com.
Im losing my 32.00 shipping it back which stinks but am so glad to be done with these scammers. If I could leave a number ranking for this hoverboard company it would be minus Plus minus 0. Do not EVER order from them.
Worst company and customer service ever. Ill be taking my granddaughter to a store this weekend to finally get her Christmas present5 weeks after Christmas.
Preferred solution: My 32.00 shipping cost for sending a broken hoverboard back.

Ordered hoverboard for granddaughter for Christmas and there was no charger included! My granddaughter is very disappointed as they came to visit for Christmas and doesnt understand why she cant ride it.
She is only 7 years old.
Do not recommend this company at all. DO BETTER!

Hoverboard sent to wrong address
Theyre impossible to talk to. They just email and that isnt on the same day, so solving an issue in a timely manner wont happen. This doesnt work for Christmas time.
Hoverboard return
As many, I purchased a hoverboard from this company, in hopes that I would get a quality, non-knockoff, as they advertised but in the long run should have just bought one off of Amazon. My daughter rode the board for maybe 10 mins in the house on Xmas day.
The one wheel got hot and wouldnt move. Smelled like it was burning. They refused to accept a return for a new board. I had to ship back 35.00 later and they will either fix or send a new one.
Really!!! So my daughter is out a Xmas present for how long, I do not know.
So so, disappointed in the company. Will never buy another.

Broken Hoverboard
The hoverboard arrived broken and only turns on when plugged in we tried to reset it multiple times and still the hoverboard doesn't work. It was terrible

Hoverboard makes it impossible to contact a person to speak about a delivery issue in a timely manner since this is a Christmas gift.
I only use one time nos is not working
Well we used one time now we trying to charged and is always giving us a green light like is charged fully but is not and one of the sensor thats not responsible f not left censor right dont asnswer

I am experiencing the same issue as you .. you get better customer service at McDonald's.
