Horrible
I was not able to get a return call, but eventually got it done in text. Rep was courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with the end result & always happy with their products.
Called 3 times and sent 2 emails. It was over 24 hours before I got an answer from them requesting more info. I had already told them I would send it back unlike I go a response that day. I had a 8 year old grade crying her heart out I sent it back to Amazon
