The hoverboard would not calibrate. It was sent back once, and they returned the same hoverboard but it still did not work.
I have tried for a week to get someone to respond to my request for technical support or to start a new return. No one has responded so far.
There is no way to contact anyone. There is no phone number, the live chat is never operational and they do not respond via email.

Update: I finally got the hoverboard however one side doesnt work and it is not the model I ordered and paid for.
I ordered a X6 model and they sent me a Z1 model that doesnt work I have left messages and emailed with no response BUYER BEWARE. I found a United Kingdom # for hoverboard.co.uk and called a man answered I said Im calling about Hoverboard.com the one I was sent doesnt work and he hung up on me

The hoverboard that was delivered to me is not the model I ordered the lights dont work and something was on the wheels and it is now on my carpet. That just from setting it up on the trike which was a nightmare to assemble the instruction were no help. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Placed an order as their website gave me a bunch of problems. Charged me but never got a confirmation for days then it went right to order complete status and charged me an extra 20 dollars.
I emailed them and didn't get a response for days. When they finally responded they said they would refund the 20 and get it shipped out that day.
They generated a shipping label but never sent it out or refunded me the money. I've emailed them 8 times now, and they have the live chat option blocked out on their website and don't have a real customer service number.
