why do i need a code for the hover-1 app for the hoverboard to connect
i dont know the code to my hoverboard and i cant use the app with it and my neighbor bought it from i dont know form where and gave it to me as a gift

We bought the hoverboard for our grandson last Christmas and he used it for a summer and we live in winter wonderland Minnesota so it wasn't used but the summer and now it charges but as soon as its unplugged it won't turn on. I would think it should last a summer.
Please help me out. I didn't think I needed a receipt from last year.

I never received the order. I delete my emails daily could not find the order confirmation number and was unable to get any help. I am out of $30+ dollars and my kid is upset he can't use his hoverboard.

Replacement of sandpaper on a hoverboard
I purchased a brand new hover scooter and the sthe sandpaper that's where you put your feet at was completely peeled off and the heasive was dry

Battery won't charge
Need to have this fixed, it's only one year old and it no longer holds a charge. We would like to get a new battery and hopefully that will otherwise have the whole thing should be replaced.

No one ever answers. They just want to email and they never email back either.
I bought a product at walmart and since i purchased it the hoover board doesnt work it has a mind of it own and my baby already got hurt on it.
It goes by itself with out anyone on it and when on it the item goes really fast and they fall off. I believe this item is defective since i have others and never had this issue

HORRIBLE
Horrible customer service. Horrible product.
It cost me over $300 and the battery didn't even last 3 weeks. Since I bought it a couple months before Christmas, the 90 day warranty is no good. I paid for another battery and they still haven't shipped it and it's been 2 months.
No way to contact them other than email or chat. They respond and say, we will put in another request on your behalf, but nothing happens.

Pricing is fair but product doesn’t work.
Reached out to hover and left a voicemail. Never got a return call but an email stating how was my call with them and how was there service. There was no damn service so if you get this email please call me at 570-580-****.
Lost merchandise ordered
On March 8/22, I had an email saying that the merchandise I bought earlier had been shipped. Tomorrow is March 23, 2022 and I have not heard from you since March 8.
I paid $10:00 extra for faster shipping, What kind if a company is this?? I need to know where my merchandise is, before J decide that you are common crooks!

Hover board didn’t work when purchased and Walmart has a no return fee I guess on Hoover boards
Hoover board still hasnt returned my call. I bought the board turned it on after charging it and all it did was beep

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Upon reviewing on Pissedconsumer.com, I received an email from Hoverboards.com that my order was refunded. A few days later, it was back in my account. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with Pissedconsumer.com for helping me to accomplish some resolution with Hoverboards.com because I wasn’t getting anywhere trying on my own!!
Ordered 3 days ago and was supposed to ship same day but still processing. I want to cancel the entire order now! Of course they dont answer my emails or the phone!
